New update v1.6.16 hotfix

A new version is available on Itch (v1.6.16 hotfix):

- Fixed date formatting (save game)
- Fix for German localization (thanks to @GrobyZockt)
- Fixed some highscore issues (e.g. negative result etc.)
- Fixed the problem with the "no money" (sometimes when the inflation rate rises and we want to buy something, the costs did not refresh)
- Sometimes the numbers in the events were negative (example: $-534,123k, should be $534,123k)
- Small fixes for performance (low-end)
- Updated for Windows 32 & 64 bit, MAC 64 and Linux 32 & 64 bit.
